On Friday December 5th we will be putting up the Christmas tree and trimming it. We also have some little paper trees for kids to decorate so please feel free to bring the whole family!
Many hands make light work. If you are able to help please join us!

Tickets available from Beth Kerley and in the Church Office. A Request from Beth: we will need some appetizers for the Roadshow Christmas Concert!

He did it! After years of dedication, hard work and muscle memory, our Grandson John achieved his 1st degree Black Belt in Taekwondo! This is yet another level of expertise in his journey! We’re very proud of this step and look forward to watching him grow as an all rounded person. Way to go bud!

Otherwise, The Kitchen Ministry will need to throw it out. Let’s not waste please. Thank you.

Messy Church on Friday November 28 is canceled. ‘Tis the cold and flu season and many families weren’t able to attend.
We raised $1,859. Kelly would like to thank everyone for all they did during the Vendor Sale.

Going……Going….Gone! Yes, the Silent Auction has come and gone for another year! This Auction raised over $6,000.00 for Transfig.! There are so many people to thank for making this year’s fundraiser such a success. I know many were thanked at the event, for donating items, for and for their show of support by attending! For those of you who could not come, thanks for your monetary donations to support the cause. For the items that were submitted, but not sold, please pick them up asap. ‘Til next year!

Hello partners team;
Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend! As NIS staff we are thankful for each of you! On Nov.12 we hope to have another winter clothing give-away at Brock; we do this in partnership with
the Brock International Center. We need your help; could you help us by collecting some winter items at your church? We are looking for adult coats, gloves, boots and blankets. Below is a promo you could use; please add where they could bring the donated items. We can come and pick up items you have collected; deadline is November 9.
Thanks so much, Hilda
Winter is on its way and NIS is looking for gently used winter clothing to share with international students at Brock. Many new students come without appropriate winter gear; in years passed we have been able to help hundreds of students prepare for winter. We are looking for adult coats, boots and gloves. You can drop off items at……… by Sunday November 9.
Thanks in advance! You will put a smile on a student’s face.

CPR/AED course cancelled.

We are starting our preparations for Advent and Christmas and we would love to have a few more voices In the choir. Our practices are Thursdays 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m. If you cannot commit for a year but might like to join us for our Advent and Christmas Liturgies to help lead the Music during our services that would be super! Visit our website for more details: www.TransfigurationMusic.ca
If you would like to come and join the fun, please talk to our Music Director Lindsey Mills.
Come on! Come on! You know you want to!
