Dear Parish Family
David Sissmore is in the hospital with COVID and Jane has also tested positive and is feeling very isolated and missing personal contact with family & friends. She would love to have a phone chat with and/or received a note from any of her Transfiguration friends.
Here is her contact information: 289-696-5521, Suite 218-1160 Clonsilla Avenue Peterborough ON K9J 8P8.

It is springtime and they are beginning to appear again. Recently, ants have been seen in the kitchen. Marilyn found a couple between the bread-and-butter plates
last week. Jeanette sprayed around the kitchen sink because there were many ants running around.
The sugar bowl used for coffee hour must be emptied back into the large canister, not left in the sugar bowl on the shelf in the cupboard. This morning Jean found chicken bones sitting in the sink which ia a real drawing card for ants. Please everyone, due diligence is required if we are to avoid a major ant problem.
Thank You

This Sunday April 14 10:30 only

Please take a moment this week to notice and appreciate our freshly steam cleaned carpets and thank you to the generous donor who covered the cost! And to everyone who helped take all the chairs and other furniture out of the Church and then replaced it all after the cleaning.

We have 2 fabulous new spotlights which light up the space in front of the altar and in front of the altar rail so much better. Thank you, Brian, for realizing we needed them and your generosity in finding them, ordering them, covering the cost and installing them. For those watching from home we especially hope it helps with the live stream!

Thank you from Kelly to everyone who prepared soup and chili for the Lenten Lunch. Thank you also to those who came to enjoy the lunch and extra special thanks to those that helped set up and tear down. Between our two lunches we raised over $1,400.00 for PWRDF.

6:00 p.m. Potluck Dinner followed by Stripping of the Altar. Please sign up on the bulletin board.
